Winning entry will be drawn on March 18th, 2006 at the San Francisco Fetish Ball.

You must be 21 years or older to enter. One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be discarded. All entries must be received by March 14th, 2006. Drawing will be held on March 18th, 2006. All prizes to be awarded at that time. Employees of Madame S, Mr. S Leather Co or Slave Labor Productions and volunteers and those working either directly or indirectly with the San Francisco Fetish Ball are not eligible to enter. Lost, late, or illegible entries are void. Odds of wining determined by number of entries received. Any taxes are the responsibility of the winner. All winners will consent to use, without compensation, any or all of the following: name, location, photo or likeness. Winners will sign affidavit agreeing to the above or forfeit prize. Offer is void where prohibited by law.
